2.4 Deadline for Exercising Withdrawal Right

To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send your withdrawal notification before the 14-day period expires. We recommend sending your notification via email with a read receipt or by registered mail to ensure proof of delivery.

3. Returning Products

3.1 Return Shipping

Once we have received your withdrawal notification and approved your return request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product(s). You must return the products to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

3.2 Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products unless we have agreed to bear this cost or failed to inform you that you must bear the cost. For returns within Norway, the estimated return shipping cost is typically between 50-150 NOK, depending on the size and weight of the package.

If you are exercising your statutory withdrawal right, we will reimburse the original shipping costs (standard shipping only, not express or premium shipping) along with the product price.

3.3 Condition of Returned Products

You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. In other words, you may examine the products in the same way you would in a physical store, but you should not use or consume them beyond what is necessary for inspection.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused, with all labels, seals, and protective wrapping intact. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund an amount corresponding to any diminished value caused by improper handling.

3.4 Hygiene and Health Protection

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, or used. This includes dietary supplements where the seal has been broken or capsules have been consumed. If you return an opened or used product, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct the full product value from your refund.

3.5 Risk During Return Shipping

You bear the risk of loss or damage to the products during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to protect yourself against loss or damage. We are not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

4.2 Refund Amount

If your return is approved, we will refund:

  • The full purchase price of the product(s)
  • Standard shipping costs (if you are exercising your statutory withdrawal right)

We will not refund:

  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Express or premium shipping costs (only standard shipping is refunded)

4.5 Withholding Refund

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first. If the returned products are damaged, used, or not in their original condition due to improper handling, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

5. Exchanges

5.1 Product Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, you must return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct product as quickly as possible and allows you to take advantage of any current promotions or pricing.

5.2 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at customer@choglannjrax.world with your order number and photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at your preference.

6. Exceptions to the Return Policy

6.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used (for hygiene and health reasons)
  • Products that are not in their original condition or packaging

6.2 Promotional and Discounted Items

Products purchased during promotional periods or at discounted prices are subject to the same return policy as regular-priced items, provided they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

7.1 Our Responsibility

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product due to our error, we will take full responsibility and cover all costs associated with the return and replacement or refund. This includes return shipping costs and any additional expenses incurred.

7.2 Reporting Defects or Errors

7.3 Resolution Process

Once we receive your report and verify the issue, we will:

  • Send you a replacement product at no cost, with expedited shipping if available
  • Issue a full refund, including original shipping costs
  • Provide a prepaid return label for returning the defective or incorrect product

You will not be charged for return shipping, and you will not be required to return the product before receiving a replacement or refund if the defect or error is clearly our responsibility.

8. Late or Missing Deliveries

8.1 Delivery Delays

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide you with an update. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

8.2 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. If you prefer not to have the package reshipped, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we encourage you to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. While we cannot guarantee specific results from using our products, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

9.2 Extended Return Period

In addition to your statutory 14-day withdrawal right, we offer an extended 30-day return period for unopened and unused products. This gives you additional time to decide if our products are right for you. The same conditions regarding product condition and return shipping costs apply.

10. Consumer Rights and Legal Guarantees

10.1 Statutory Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Norwegian consumer protection laws or EU consumer rights legislation. You have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty, not as described, or do not conform to the contract. These rights are in addition to the return rights described in this policy.

Under Norwegian law, you are entitled to a legal guarantee that products will conform to the contract for a period of two years from delivery. 11. International Returns

11.1 Returns from Outside Norway

If you are located outside Norway, you may still return products in accordance with this Return Policy. However, please note that:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties and taxes
  • Return shipping times may be longer
  • You should use a tracked and insured shipping method
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase

11.2 Customs and Import Duties

We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred when returning products from outside Norway. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
